LAS VEGAS – Opportunity Village's Kitchen Creations Catering team, led by newly appointed Executive Chef Cindy Chartrand, is proud to announce expanded kitchen services, including hot and cold catering platters, made fresh out of the organization’s Ralph and Betty Engelstad Campus.
In addition to the charity's long-standing Cookie Crafters and Lunch Bunch divisions, Opportunity Village’s KC Catering team has added over 25 entree and hors d'oeuvres to pair with its trusted fruit, cheese, vegetable, sandwich and wrap platters.
"Opportunity Village has really taken the next step in its culinary program," Chartrand said. "Our team has taken inspiration from across the globe and built a diverse menu inside Opportunity Village’s state-of-the-art kitchen facility. It’s a menu I can confidently say is delicious and one that we’re all proud of. Not only does KC Catering allow us to feed the community, but it also provides OV another way to serve its wonderful clients."
KC Catering’s hot entrees include traditional favorites such as Chicken Picatta and Spaghetti Bolognese and also regional favorites like Seafood Gumbo and Veal Marsala. Hors d’oeuvres include bruschetta, crab cakes and chicken and vegetable skewers.
KC Catering is the perfect option for gatherings, business meetings and large parties.
Orders can be delivered or picked up during business hours at the Opportunity Village Engelstad Campus in Las Vegas, located at 6050 S. Buffalo Drive, 89113. Special orders can be made upon request.
