ZIPLINE COMPETITION WILL RESULT IN $10,000 DONATION TO THE 10TH ANNUAL ’LAS VEGAS GREAT SANTA RUN’

Posted by PJ Reeves on

WHAT: As the 10th anniversary of Opportunity Village’s Las Vegas Great Santa Run approaches, Mayor Carolyn Goodman and entertainment personality Robin Leach will give Santa a run for his money as they dash down the larger-than-life SlotZilla zipline, Downtown Las Vegas’ new attraction, Tuesday, December 2 at 10 a.m.

Robin Leach challenged Mayor Goodman to ride SlotZilla in return for a $5,000 donation to Opportunity Village. To respond, Mayor Goodman counter-challenged Robin to a race down the zipline for another $5,000 donation. Together, Robin and Mayor Goodman will be making a $10,000 donation to Las Vegas’ beloved charity event, the Great Santa Run, taking place Saturday, December 6.

This friendly competition was inspired by Fremont Street Experience’s generous contribution to this year’s Great Santa Run. The company has announced that proceeds from SlotZilla rides between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 6 will be donated to Opportunity Village.

WHO: Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman & Entertainment Personality Robin Leach
