Carlos Santana and Hermes Music Donate Instruments to Opportunity Village’s Fine and Performing Arts Program   LAS VEGAS – Yesterday legendary musician Carlos Santana visited the Engelstad Campus of Las Vegas’ most notable charity – Opportunity Village.
